Job Title: Senior Technician - Aluminium AssemblyJob Description:We are looking for an experienced Senior Technician to handle aluminium assembly, fitting, and production activities.Roles & Responsibilities:- Handle aluminium profile assembly and fitting operations.- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.- Perform cutting, drilling, machining, fitting, and assembly work.- Ensure accurate measurements, alignment, and proper fitting of components.- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.- Troubleshoot assembly issues and resolve technical problems.- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.- Guide and supervise junior technicians and helpers.- Coordinate with the production and quality teams.- Ensure timely completion of production targets and follow safety procedures.Required Qualifications:- ITI in Fitter / Mechanical Trade.- 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.- Strong knowledge of aluminium assembly and fabrication.- Good understanding of technical drawings and measuring instruments.- Knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Measuring Tape, drilling machines, and power tools.- Leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Job Type: Full-time Department: Production / Assembly Experience: 1-2 Years Qualification: ITI Fitter / Mechanical
