key responsibilities:-
• to set targets for each so/sr and each distributor every month.
• to ensure that the volume targets of the area is achieved on packs wise and weekly / monthly / annual basis.
• to ensure sales reporting and reviewing sales performance
• to ensure that the market share targets for the area are achieved.
• to ensure that packs availability targets are achieved as per company’s objective
• to ensure that the distributors bring in the necessary investment for the business.
• to coach his team of sos/sr sos hence ensuring that they are able to achieve their deliverables.
• to run motivation schemes through incentives etc for distributors and salesmen.
• to actively seeking new sales opportunities
• to address and solve distributor satisfaction issues.
• to motivate his team and distributors to ensure that the distribution targets for his area are achieved
• to ensure that the sales executives/officers plan out the routes in their markets correctly.
• to identify and appoint new distributors after checking their suitability for our business.
• to ensure effective execution of sales promotions / focus brand pack drives.
• to report competition activities in the market and suggest counter measures.
• to ensure that all reports are sent to the ro on time (secondary sales reports, db/ss/sd performance reports etc).
• to monitor the budgets assigned to his area and ensure that all spending is within budgets.
