- industry (worked in): sales of fmcg (preferred) or pharmaceutical products

required skill set :-

- candidate should be good in maintaining administrative control on field force;

- candidate must have an excellent connect to pharma retailers;

- candidate should have an experience of leading a team;

- candidate should have good business acumen;

- candidate should have good communication skills;

- candidate should have good experience in scientific /medical promotions, launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.

roles and responsibilities :-

- candidate must ensure achievement of expansion targets;

- candidate must ensure acquisition/ retention of field sales officers;

- candidate should have adequate knowledge of sales team hierarchy;

- candidate must be ready to travel extensively;

- candidate will have to regularly review his team performance and identify the areas for improvement;

- candidate must ensure the development according to the sales funnel.
