job summary:
we are looking for a sales manager with exposure in bid writing, bid preparation, bid
analysis, bid process management, proposal drafting & management. the incumbent would
be responsible for lead closure & conversion of client response, follow-ups & account
management.
duties/responsibilities:
• collaboratively work with the sales and marketing team to develop lead generation
strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective clients
• initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter
experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect
• cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products
• generate leads by approaching new customers
• maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and meet targets on regular basis.
• targeted business and revenue generation.
required skills/abilities:
• excellent verbal and written communication skills (english, hindi, and native
language)
• excellent client relationship management skills.
• demonstrates the ability to interact with customers and co-workers in a friendly,
enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• requires at least 4 years of experience servicing high-end clientele in a premium
establishment.
• ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
education and experience:
• bachelor’s degree in engineering or diploma in e&tc, bsc field related to products
and services. or any graduations.
• minimum four years (related product or sales experience will be an advantage)
