Job Summary:
We are looking for a sales manager with exposure in bid Writing, bid preparation, bid
analysis, bid process management, proposal drafting & management. The incumbent would
be responsible for lead closure & conversion of client response, follow-ups & account
management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Collaboratively work with the sales and marketing team to develop lead generation
strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective clients
Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter
experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect
Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products
Generate leads by approaching new customers
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and meet targets on regular basis.
Targeted business and revenue generation.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and Native
language)
Excellent client relationship management skills.
Demonstrates the ability to interact with customers and co-workers in a friendly,
enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
Requires at least 4 years of experience servicing high-end clientele in a premium
establishment.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Diploma in E&TC, BSC field related to products
and services. Or any graduations.
Minimum Four years (related product or sales experience will be an advantage)
