Job Description

• market analysis & lead generation for clean room requirement in pharma, hvac requirement in food industries, vrf for corporate office, commercial building

• evaluation of tender documents

• attending pre-bid meetings with client and getting technical clarification on tender

• cost estimation of the project

• estimation of quantities and heat load calculation

• preparation of techno-commercial proposals

• floating enquiries for various supplies and bought out items

• price comparison of the various vendors and cost analysis

• evaluation & monitoring of the contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations

• continually build new client relationships and secure new business opportunities.
