We are looking for **energetic & target-oriented Sales Executives** to join our growing solar business.

🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals & networking

• Meet residential & commercial customers

• Explain Solar On-Grid, Hybrid & Off-Grid solutions

• Conduct customer meetings & coordinate site surveys

• Prepare quotations and explain ROI/savings

• Follow up with prospects and close sales

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with technical & installation teams

🎯 **We Are Looking For:**

• 0-3 years of sales experience preferred

• Solar/electrical/finance/automobile sales experience is an advantage

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Comfortable with field sales & local travel

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Hindi required; basic English preferred

💰 **Salary:** ₹2,40,000PA - ₹4,00,000PA + Attractive Incentives

📈 **Growth:** Sales Executive → Senior Executive → Team Leader → Sales Manager
