Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and talented 3D Architectural Designer / Visualizer to create high-quality architectural and interior visualizations for residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate should be able to convert design concepts into 3D models, photorealistic renders, and walkthrough animations for client presentations and project approvals.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed 3D architectural and interior models.

Produce high-quality photorealistic renders.

Develop exterior and interior visualizations.

Prepare 3D walkthrough animations.

Apply realistic materials, lighting, landscaping, and furniture.

Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and clients.

Modify designs based on client feedback and revisions.

Maintain organized project files and rendering standards.

Candidate Profile

2-5 years of relevant experience in architectural 3D design/visualization.

Strong understanding of architectural design and visualization.

Good knowledge of materials, lighting, textures, furniture, and landscaping.

Ability to create realistic and presentation-ready renders.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
