€¢ Incorporate client feedback into working drawings, detailing measurements and material descriptions for furniture, ceiling, lighting, curtains, and other aspects.

€¢ Provide 3D drawings on client demand after completion of working drawings

€¢ Develop a comprehensive workflow chart outlining the start and finish dates for each project phase

Site Management Phase:

€¢ Mark all interior details on the floor and walls on the first day

€¢ Build a skilled site technical team comprising carpenters, masons, electricians, POP vendors, colour work vendors, glass workers, curtain vendors, and other necessary personnel.

€¢ Establish clear start and finish deadlines for each vendor team and monitor progress according to the timeline.

€¢ Plan material selection well in advance. Regularly inspect material quality, control material wastage, and troubleshoot technical queries.

€¢ Complete final accounts and facilitate the payment process

€¢ Conduct a ceremonial final handover of the completed home to the client
