Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Cardiac Business portfolio in South India. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the cardiac surgery segment, proven leadership in managing sales teams, and a strong track record of driving business growth. This role requires strategic vision, strong customer engagement, and the ability to deliver on ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

•Drive regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives for Heart Valves.

•Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team for consistent performance.

•Build strong relationships with hospitals, cardiologists, and cardiac surgeons.

•Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.

•Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report to leadership.

•Collaborate with marketing, product, and clinical teams for launches and promotions.

•Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulations.

•Represent the company at regional conferences and customer meetings.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

•10+ years overall experience in healthcare/medical devices sales.

•Minimum 5+ years in Cardiac Surgery segment in South India (Must Have).

•Minimum 3+ years of people management experience.

•Masters in Life Sciences, or related field.

•Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

•Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

•Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into strategies.

•Willingness to travel extensively within South/West India.
