- **Customer Support:** Provide timely responses to passenger inquiries regarding flight schedules, ticketing policies, and any changes to their bookings.
- **Check-In Assistance:** Help passengers during the check-in process, ensuring they have the correct documents and tickets prepared.
- **Payment Processing:** Handle payment transactions securely and accurately when customers purchase tickets or additional services.
- **Issue Resolution:** Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints related to bookings or travel plans promptly and effectively.

Required Skills and Expectations:
- An educational background of at least 10th grade or equivalent.
