**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Check-in Assistance:** Help passengers during check-in, ensuring they have the necessary documents and guide them to the right boarding gates.

- **Baggage Handling:** Manage the checking, loading, and unloading of luggage, ensuring that it is processed correctly and safely.

- **Safety Compliance:** Ensure that safety protocols are followed, maintaining a secure environment for passengers and staff at all times.

- **Coordination with Ground Crew:** Work closely with other airline staff and ground crew members to ensure that all operations flow smoothly.

- **Problem Resolution:** Address and resolve any passenger issues or delays effectively and calmly, maintaining a positive atmosphere.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have completed the 12th grade and possess good communication skills in English and the local language. Strong customer service abilities are essential, as you will interact with a diverse range of passengers. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
