**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Assistance:** Greet and assist passengers with check-in procedures and luggage handling, ensuring they feel welcome and supported from the moment they arrive.

- **Information Dissemination:** Provide accurate information about flight schedules, boarding gates, and airport facilities, helping travelers navigate through the airport easily.

- **Problem Resolution:** Address passenger concerns or complaints calmly and professionally, working to find timely solutions to any issues that arise.

- **Coordination with Airlines:** Liaise with airline personnel to communicate passenger needs and ensure smooth operations during busy airport times.

- **Emergency Response:** Stay alert to any emergencies or irregularities, following procedures to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a positive attitude and strong communication skills, as you will interact with diverse travelers. A minimum of education up to 10th grade is required, and past experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
