1. Passenger Assistance: Greet and assist passengers with check-in, provide boarding passes, and help with luggage handling to ensure a smooth travel experience.

2. Baggage Handling: Safely manage luggage loading and unloading from aircrafts while ensuring that all baggage is delivered to the right destination.

3. Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries and concerns, responding promptly to any issues that arise before, during, or after flights.

4. Safety Protocols: Follow all safety regulations while working on the tarmac and throughout the airport to maintain a safe environment for passengers and staff.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with airport security, maintenance, and other ground staff to ensure coordination and effective communication during airport operations.
