Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Assistance: You will help passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience at the airport.

2. Baggage Management: Safely manage and track passenger luggage and ensure it is loaded and unloaded correctly from aircraft.

3. Customer Service: Provide timely information and assistance to passengers regarding flight details, schedules, and airport facilities.

4. Safety and Security: Follow all safety and security protocols to maintain a secure environment for passengers and staff.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed their 12th grade education and should be open to candidates with little to no experience. Effective communication skills are essential to interact clearly and professionally with passengers and team members. A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility are crucial for managing tasks efficiently, especially during busy periods. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating problem-solving skills and an ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
