Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and baggage claim areas, providing information and support to ensure a pleasant travel experience.

- Check-in Procedures: Operate check-in counters efficiently, helping passengers with ticketing and baggage handling while ensuring all processes comply with airport regulations.

- Baggage Handling: Safely manage and track passenger luggage, including loading and unloading, to ensure timely delivery and prevent loss or damage.

- Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues promptly, displaying excellent communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Coordination with Airlines: Collaborate with various airline staff to ensure seamless operations and relay important information regarding flight schedules or delays.

Required Skills and Expectations:
