Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

- Baggage Handling: Safely manage passenger luggage, including loading and unloading onto aircraft, while maintaining records and ensuring all bags are accounted for.

- Safety Checks: Conduct pre-flight safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations, reporting any issues to supervisors promptly.

- Coordination with Airlines: Communicate effectively with airline staff to relay important information to passengers and enhance operational efficiency.

- Information Desk Support: Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and other services available at the airport.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a high school diploma and ideally some experience in customer service or a related role. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members. A friendly attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are important, as airport operations can be fast-paced. Attention to detail is critical, especially in handling passenger baggage and safety procedures.
