Ground staff are the people who keep airport and airline operations running smoothly on the ground. They assist passengers, handle check-in and boarding, coordinate baggage, support aircraft turnaround, and make sure safety and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome passengers and verify travel documents.
Issue boarding passes and assign seats.
Accept and tag baggage according to airline rules.
Make boarding announcements and manage queues.
Assist elderly passengers, families, VIPs, and passengers with reduced mobility.
Coordinate with cabin crew and flight operations for departure readiness.
Handle delays, cancellations, and rebooking support.
Ensure security and safety procedures are followed.

Educational Qualification
