**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service:** Attend to passenger inquiries and provide information regarding flights, baggage, and general airport services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- **Baggage Handling:** Assist in loading and unloading luggage from the aircraft, maintaining safety and efficiency in handling passenger belongings.

- **Security Checks:** Ensure that all passengers receive thorough security checks as per airport regulations, helping to maintain a secure environment.
