Boarding Gate Executive: Handles gate announcements, coordinates boarding sequences, reconciles passenger headcounts with cabin crew, and manages last-minute seat or gate adjustments.

Baggage Handling Staff: Sorts, loads, unloads, and tracks checked luggage between the terminal baggage belts and the aircraft hold

Ramp Agent & Marshaller: Works on the apron to marshal aircraft into and out of parking stands, coordinate ground support equipment (GSE), and assist with refueling and catering
