Assisting passengers with check-in and boarding procedures.
Verifying tickets, passports, and travel documents.
Providing customer service and answering passenger queries.
Handling baggage check-in and baggage claim issues.
Making flight announcements and guiding passengers to boarding gates.
Assisting passengers with special needs, elderly passengers, and children.
Coordinating with airline crew and airport authorities for smooth operations.
Managing flight delays, cancellations, and passenger complaints.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduation.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Friendly personality and customer service attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
