Airport Ground Staff (Freshers) Prakasam

As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be a vital part of the airport operations team, ensuring smooth functioning and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve assisting passengers and supporting various ground processes at the airport.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Help travelers with check-in processes, baggage handling, and boarding procedures to ensure a pleasant journey.

- Ticketing and Reservations: Assist passengers with their ticketing needs and manage reservation inquiries, providing accurate information.

- Baggage Handling: Ensure the safe and efficient handling of luggage, including loading and unloading from aircraft, to prevent loss or damage.

- Customer Service: Address passenger queries and concerns promptly, maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
