Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas

Handle passenger inquiries and provide information on flight schedules, delays, and other airport services

Check and process passengers' travel documents and ensure compliance with security regulations

Assist with the boarding process and ensure timely departure of flights

Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
