- Escorting passengers to and from aircraft: Airport ground staff are responsible for ensuring the safe and timely boarding and deplaning of passengers.

- Assisting passengers with baggage: Help passengers with their luggage, ensuring it is stored securely and safely.

- Communicating with flight crew and air traffic control: Relay important information between the flight crew and air traffic control to ensure smooth operations.

- Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of airport facilities: Maintain a clean and safe environment for passengers and staff.

- Checking boarding passes and verifying passenger information: Verify passengers' identification and boarding information to ensure the correct individuals are boarding the aircraft.
