Ground Staff are responsible for managing passenger services and ensuring smooth airport operations before, during, and after flights. They assist passengers with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and provide support to ensure safety, comfort, and efficiency at the airport.

๐งพ Passenger Handling:
Assist passengers during check-in and boarding processes
Verify travel documents (tickets, ID, visa)
Issue boarding passes and baggage tags
Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and gates
๐ Baggage Handling:
Ensure proper tagging and handling of luggage
Assist with lost, delayed, or damaged baggage claims
Coordinate with baggage services team
๐ซ Boarding & Departure:
Guide passengers to boarding gates
Make announcements for boarding and flight updates
Ensure smooth and timely boarding procedures
๐งโ๐ผ Customer Service:
Handle passenger queries and complaints professionally
Assist elderly passengers, children, and passengers with disabilities
Provide special assistance services (wheelchairs, priority boarding)
๐ Safety & Security:
Follow airport safety regulations and security protocols
Report suspicious activities or safety concerns
Coordinate with security personnel when required
๐ Coordination:
Work with airline crew, ground handling agencies, and airport authorities
Ensure compliance with airline policies and aviation standards
๐ Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate
Diploma/Certification in Aviation / Hospitality / Travel & Tourism (preferred)
