Face-to-Face For Airport Cargo Loader Jobs (Freshers)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Load and unload cargo: Responsible for loading and unloading cargo from aircraft, following safety protocols to ensure the efficient and secure handling of packages.

2. Organize cargo: Arrange packages by destination and size to optimize space in the aircraft and ensure timely delivery at the destination.

3. Inspect cargo: Perform visual inspections on cargo to check for damage or irregularities, reporting any issues to supervisors for resolution.

4. Operate equipment: Utilize equipment such as conveyor belts, forklifts, and pallet jacks to move cargo to and from aircraft, following operational guidelines.

5. Communicate with team: Coordinate with other cargo loaders and ground staff to ensure smooth operations and timely loading and unloading of cargo.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Basic math skills to accurately count and organize cargo.

- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy packages and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail to inspect cargo for damage or discrepancies.

- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling cargo.
