Freshers For Airlines Executive - Howrah

We are looking for a dedicated Airlines Executive to join our team in Howrah, India. This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates or those with less than a year of experience. The role involves coordinating airline operations and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance: Help passengers with inquiries regarding flight schedules, ticket bookings, and check-in procedures. Your friendly approach will enhance their travel experience.

2. Ticketing Support: Assist in the booking process, ensuring that passengers have the correct flight information. You will be responsible for processing ticket sales and managing changes to bookings.

3. Problem Resolution: Address any issues that may arise during the travel process, such as delays or cancellations. Your goal will be to provide quick solutions to minimize passenger inconvenience.

4. Documentation Management: Ensure that all travel documents, such as tickets and boarding passes, are accurate and properly handled.

5. Collaboration with Team: Work closely with other team members and airport staff to ensure smooth operations. Teamwork and communication are key to maintaining efficiency.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of a 10th-grade education and good communication skills in English and local languages. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
