key responsibilities:

1. ensure safety and comfort of passengers during flights: as cabin crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers on board the aircraft. this includes conducting safety demonstrations, assisting passengers during emergencies, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the flight.

2. provide excellent customer service: cabin crew members are the face of the airline and are expected to provide exceptional customer service to passengers. this includes greeting passengers, serving meals and beverages, and attending to any special requests or needs passengers may have.

3. maintain cabin cleanliness and appearance: it is essential to keep the aircraft cabin clean and tidy throughout the flight. this includes ensuring that seats, overhead compartments, and lavatories are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.

4. assist with pre-flight preparations: cabin crew members are responsible for conducting pre-flight checks, briefing passengers on safety procedures, and assisting with boarding and baggage handling.

5. collaborate with other crew members: as part of a team, cabin crew members must work together efficiently to ensure smooth and successful flights for passengers.
