Key Responsibilities:
1. **Safety and Security**: Ensure the safety of passengers by conducting pre-flight checks, demonstrating safety equipment, and following emergency procedures if necessary.
2. **Customer Service**: Provide attentive service to passengers, addressing their needs, and ensuring a pleasant travel experience. Engage with passengers positively and professionally.
3. **Food and Beverage Service**: Serve meals, snacks, and drinks during the flight. Be knowledgeable about the menu and cater to any dietary requests.
4. **Flight Attendant Duties**: Assist in boarding and disembarking passengers, helping with luggage as needed to maintain an efficient flow.
5. **Conflict Resolution**: Handle any passenger complaints or issues calmly and professionally, striving to resolve concerns quickly and effectively.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. A friendly demeanor and customer-focused mindset are essential. Flexibility is important as shift patterns may vary. Candidates should be at least a 12th pass and have a desire to learn and grow in the aviation industry.
