key responsibilities:
safety management:
conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and ensure all safety equipment is functioning.
monitor the cabin during flights to enforce safety regulations and procedures.
customer service:
provide attentive service to passengers, addressing their needs and inquiries.
serve meals, beverages, and snacks, ensuring a pleasant in-flight experience.
emergency preparedness:
be trained and prepared to handle emergencies, including medical situations and evacuation procedures.
