Interview For Cabin Crew || 10th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for enthusiastic Airlines Cabin Crew members to join our team in Kolkata. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with little to no experience, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, seating, and any special needs during the flight.

- Safety Procedures: Ensure the safety of all passengers by conducting pre-flight safety checks and demonstrating emergency safety procedures.

- In-flight Service: Serve meals, snacks, and beverages to passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the flight.

- Handling Emergencies: Be prepared to manage emergencies effectively, including the use of first aid, and communicate calmly and clearly with passengers during any incident.

- Cabin Maintenance: Keep the cabin tidy and organized during the flight, ensuring a pleasant environment for all passengers.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team. Good communication skills are essential for interacting with passengers and colleagues. A well-groomed appearance is important as you represent the airline. Being patient and calm in stressful situations is necessary, especially during emergencies. Candidates should also show a willingness to learn since no prior experience is needed. Flexibility in working hours, including late nights and weekends, is expected.
