Cabin Crew || Freshers & Experienced

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Safety: You will be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed during the flight. This includes conducting safety demonstrations before take-off and checking that seat belts are fastened.

2. Customer Service: Providing excellent service to passengers is essential. You will greet passengers, serve meals and refreshments, and assist with any inquiries to enhance their flying experience.

3. Emergency Preparedness: You must be trained and ready to handle emergencies, including medical situations and evacuation procedures. Your calm demeanor will help reassure passengers during stressful times.

4. Teamwork: You will work closely with fellow cabin crew members and ground staff to ensure smooth operations. Good communication and collaboration are key to creating a positive work environment.

5. Reporting Issues: It's important to report any problems or irregularities to the relevant authorities. This includes passenger complaints, technical issues, or safety concerns.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least their 12th grade and possess a friendly attitude. Good communication skills in English and Hindi are necessary, as is the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. Being physically fit and well-groomed is essential, as you will interact with passengers and represent the airline. Team spirit and a willingness to learn will support your success in this role.
