Hiring Fresher / Cabin Crew / 10th Pass

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Assistance: Greet passengers as they board and deboard the aircraft, helping with any inquiries and ensuring they are comfortable in their seats.

2. Safety Briefings: Conduct safety demonstrations before takeoff, explaining emergency procedures and ensuring all passengers understand them.

3. In-flight Service: Distribute food and beverages during flights, aiming to enhance passenger satisfaction through friendly and attentive service.

4. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that the cabin and restroom areas are clean and well-stocked throughout the flight, contributing to a pleasant travel experience.

5. Emergency Management: Be prepared to respond to emergencies by following established protocols and providing first aid if necessary.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a pleasant demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. A willingness to adapt to changing situations and a focus on passenger safety are crucial. Being physically fit and able to lift moderate weights is important, as is having a professional appearance. An understanding of basic customer service principles will also be beneficial for interacting positively with passengers.
