- **Loading and Unloading Baggage**: Safely handle passengers' luggage and cargo on and off aircraft, ensuring all items are processed efficiently and securely.

- **Guiding Aircraft to Parking Areas**: Assist in directing aircraft during taxiing to the designated parking bays, following standard safety protocols.

- **Conducting Safety Checks**: Ensure that the ramp area is clear of obstacles and that safety equipment is operational, maintaining a safe environment for all personnel.

- **Coordinating with Ground Crew**: Work closely with ground staff, pilots, and air traffic control to ensure timely departures and arrivals of flights, facilitating effective communication.

- **Managing Equipment**: Operate ramp equipment including tugs, cargo loaders, and belt loaders, performing basic maintenance checks to ensure functionality.

- **Providing Customer Service**: Address passenger inquiries regarding baggage handling and provide assistance as needed for a positive travel experience.
