As an Airline Ground Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth experience for passengers at the airport. This full-time position is based in Bhopal and is ideal for individuals with minimal experience who have completed their 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and luggage handling. You will be the first point of contact, providing information and support to ensure their travel experience is pleasant.

2. Check-in Procedures: Manage the check-in process for passengers, verifying travel documents, and issuing boarding passes. Your attention to detail will ensure that all necessary information is correctly recorded.

3. Luggage Handling: Oversee the safe loading and unloading of luggage onto the aircraft. You will help ensure that bags are correctly tagged and transported to their designated flights.

4. Flight Information: Communicate important flight updates, such as delays or gate changes, to passengers efficiently. Clear communication will help keep passengers informed and minimize confusion.

5. Security Procedures: Ensure compliance with airport security protocols, assisting in screening passengers and their belongings as required.
