Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per year

Job Responsibilities

Inspect and maintain aircraft systems, components, and equipment.

Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.

Troubleshoot and identify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and avionics issues.

Carry out maintenance, repair, replacement, and servicing of aircraft components.

Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections.

Follow approved maintenance manuals, technical instructions, and safety procedures.

Record all maintenance activities accurately in aircraft technical records.

Coordinate with pilots, maintenance teams, engineers, and ground staff.

Ensure aircraft maintenance complies with applicable aviation regulations and company procedures.

Inspect repaired or replaced components before aircraft release to service.

Support aircraft fault diagnosis and corrective maintenance.

Maintain proper tools, equipment, and maintenance documentation.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.

Good mechanical/electrical troubleshooting ability.

Attention to detail and strong safety awareness.

Ability to read technical manuals and maintenance documentation.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Educational Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) or relevant aviation/engineering field.

Appropriate DGCA or other applicable aviation authority licensing/approval may be required depending on the role and aircraft category.
