Opening For Air Ticketing Staff

We are looking for an Air Ticketing Staff member in Delhi, India, who will assist customers with flight bookings and related inquiries. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in ticketing or travel services and should have completed at least the 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Booking Flights**: Help customers book flights by finding the best options based on their needs and preferences. Use travel booking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

2. **Customer Support**: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns related to bookings, cancellations, and changes.

3. **Ticketing and Payments**: Process ticket sales and payments accurately. Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and financial regulations.

4. **Travel Information**: Keep up-to-date with airline policies and travel regulations. Inform customers about any changes to their flights or relevant travel advisories.

5. **Documentation**: Prepare and manage travel documents for customers, ensuring they are correct and sent in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers. Attention to detail is crucial for handling bookings and payments accurately.
