We are looking for an Air Ticketing Staff member to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will assist customers with booking flights and ensure smooth travel experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Greet and assist customers in person or over the phone, answering their queries related to flight bookings and travel plans.
- **Flight Reservations:** Use the booking system to check flight availability, prices, and make reservations for customers according to their preferences.
- **Ticket Issuance:** Generate and issue air tickets after confirming payment, ensuring that all details are accurate and correct.
- **Payment Processing:** Handle customer payments, providing receipts and maintaining records of transactions securely.
- **Problem Resolution:** Address any issues or complaints regarding flight bookings promptly, working to find solutions that satisfy the customer.
- **Record Maintenance:** Keep accurate records of all bookings made, payments received, and customer interactions for future reference and audit purposes.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass. A background in customer service or travel and tourism is preferred, but not required for freshers. Strong communication skills in English and local languages are essential. Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
