We are looking for an Air Ticketing Staff member to join our team in Patna. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with minimal experience, including freshers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Booking Flights: Assist customers in selecting and booking flights based on their travel preferences and schedules. This requires a good understanding of available options to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Issuing Tickets: Process ticketing, ensuring all flight details are correct. Accuracy is essential to prevent any issues during travel.

- Handling Inquiries: Address customer questions related to flight availability, fares, and procedures. Good communication skills are necessary to provide clear and helpful information.

- Managing Changes: Help customers make changes to their bookings, whether it's re-scheduling or cancellations. You must be familiar with airline policies to handle these requests professionally.

- Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of bookings and customer interactions. Organizational skills are crucial to ensure information is easily retrievable.

- Coordinating with Airlines: Liaise with airline representatives to handle any issues or updates regarding flights. Building good relationships will help resolve problems quickly.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A minimum educational qualification of 10th pass is needed.
