Air Ticketing Executive (International, Domestic & Cancelation Process)

Key Skill: Issue tickets, making PNR, handling client over the phone
Must know how to do Issue, Reissue & Cancel Tickets
Must have knowledge of Galileo/ Amadeus (prefer Galileo knowledge)
Responsibilities and Duties:
Knowledge of Domestic/International Ticketing accordingneeds of different clients
Resolving clients complaint and escalations whenever required.
Supervisethe work of office, administrative and customer service employeesto ensure adherence toquality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
Issuing tickets and other relevant documents
Interacting with the airline regarding refund and cancellation policies
Maintainingdaily productivity report of agents.
Handling customer service calls regarding Reservation, flight information and Marketing schemes
