Job Description

Position: Air Ticketing Executive

Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 15 years in air ticketing or travel-related roles

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with booking and issuing air tickets for both domestic and international travel

Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for reservations

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients regarding their travel needs

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)

Strong communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in ticketing processes

Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
