**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service Support:** Assist customers with inquiries about flights, fares, and travel packages to ensure a smooth booking process. This involves answering questions and resolving issues related to travel plans.

- **Booking Flights:** Facilitate the reservation and ticketing of domestic and international flights using airline booking systems, ensuring accuracy in ticket issuance and adherence to customer requirements.

- **Managing Refunds and Cancellations:** Process cancellation requests and refunds according to airline policies and procedures, ensuring timely communication and resolution for each customer.

- **Updating Travel Information:** Keep up-to-date with airline schedules, fare changes, and travel regulations to provide customers with the most accurate information and advice.

- **Maintaining Records:** Document all transactions accurately in the system to ensure efficient tracking and management of bookings and customer interactions.
