As an Air Ticketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in the travel industry by assisting customers with booking their flights and providing them with a smooth travel experience.

- **Flight Booking:** Handle customer requests for flight reservations and process ticket bookings accurately and efficiently.

- **Customer Assistance:** Provide assistance to clients by answering their queries related to flights, layovers, and travel policies.

- **Ticketing Transactions:** Manage ticket issuance for domestic and international flights while ensuring compliance with airline policies and procedures.

- **Payment Processing:** Responsible for processing payments, including handling credit card transactions and issuing invoices.

- **Coordination with Airlines:** Communicate and coordinate with various airlines to obtain the necessary information, such as flight schedules and special offers.

- **Problem-Solving:** Address and resolve any issues or concerns that customers may have regarding their travel plans promptly.
