**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Ticket Modifications:** You will manage changes to bookings, including rescheduling and cancellations, ensuring that customers are informed of any fees or policies that apply.

- **Payment Processing:** You will process payments for flight tickets and ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately in the system.

- **Maintaining Records:** You will keep meticulous records of bookings, transactions, and customer interactions for future reference and to ensure excellent service.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a minimum education level of 10th grade. Although prior experience in the travel industry is not necessary, a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.
