Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over the phone and in person to understand their travel needs and recommend suitable flights.

- Ticket Booking: Process ticket reservations quickly and accurately using our booking system, ensuring all details are correct.

- Travel Information: Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and travel regulations to help customers make informed decisions.

- Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or changes in bookings efficiently, working closely with airlines to find solutions for customers.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer information for future reference and reporting.

Required Skills and Expectations:

A successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, allowing them to effectively assist and communicate with customers. Attention to detail is essential, as accurate ticketing and information distribution are critical in this role. Basic knowledge of travel regulations and flight operations is beneficial but not mandatory for entry-level candidates. Candidates should be comfortable using computers and booking systems.
