2. **Safety Checks**: Conduct pre-flight safety checks, ensuring that all safety equipment is in place and ready for use.

3. **In-Flight Service**: Serve meals, beverages, and snacks to passengers, ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted and accommodated.

4. **Emergency Protocols**: Be familiar with emergency procedures and properly communicate these to passengers, ensuring their safety should any situation arise.

5. **Customer Support**: Respond to passenger inquiries and concerns in a friendly and timely manner, resolving issues as they arise to enhance their travel experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and must exhibit excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. A positive attitude and strong customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Flexibility with working hours and a commitment to upholding safety and service standards are also important. Previous experience in a customer-focused role is a plus but not mandatory.
