Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome passengers on board: As a cabin crew member, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for passengers as they board the aircraft.

2. Ensure passenger safety: Your primary duty is to ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers during the flight, including following safety procedures and protocols.

3. Serve meals and beverages: Assist in serving meals and beverages to passengers during the flight, while also accommodating special dietary requests.

4. Provide exceptional customer service: Offer high-quality customer service to passengers, address any concerns or requests, and ensure a pleasant flying experience.

5. Assist during emergencies: Be prepared to assist passengers in case of emergencies, including providing first aid, evacuating the aircraft, and following safety protocols.

Required Skills and Expectations:

1. Excellent communication skills: You must have strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues.

2. Ability to remain calm under pressure: Cabin crew members must stay calm and composed during emergencies or challenging situations.

3. Physical fitness: The role requires standing for long periods of time and assisting with lifting luggage, so good physical fitness is essential.

4. Team player: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other crew members to ensure a smooth flight experience.

5. Attention to detail: Must have a keen eye for detail to follow safety procedures accurately and cater to passenger needs effectively.
