The Air Hostess (Cabin Crew) is responsible for ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction onboard the aircraft. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, conducting safety procedures, handling emergency situations, and representing the airline with professionalism and confidence.
🧳 Key Responsibilities
⚠️ Safety & Security Duties
Conduct pre-flight safety checks of cabin equipment
Perform safety demonstrations and ensure passenger compliance
Enforce aviation safety and security regulations
Handle emergency situations (evacuation, medical aid, fire, turbulence)
Provide first aid assistance when required
Monitor cabin throughout the flight to ensure safety
😊 Passenger Service & Hospitality
Greet and welcome passengers onboard
Assist passengers with seating, baggage, and special needs
Provide onboard food, beverage, and retail services
Handle passenger complaints and requests professionally
Ensure passenger comfort throughout the flight
🛫 Pre-Flight & Post-Flight Duties
Attend pre-flight briefings
Check passenger manifests and special requirements
Ensure cabin cleanliness and readiness
Complete post-flight reports and documentation
Coordinate with pilots and ground staff
🤝 Teamwork & Coordination
Work closely with cockpit crew and fellow cabin crew
Maintain clear communication during all flight phases
Support team members to ensure smooth inflight operations

🎓 Education & Qualifications
