Air Hostess (Freshers) Ranchi

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Air Hostess to join our team in Ranchi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and pleasant travel experience for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting Passengers: Welcome passengers onboard with a friendly smile and assist them in finding their seats to create a warm atmosphere.

- Safety Demonstrations: Conduct safety briefings and demonstrate the use of safety equipment before takeoff, ensuring each passenger understands the procedures.

- Assisting Passengers: Provide support to passengers during the flight, addressing any needs or questions to enhance their travel experience.

- Serving Meals and Beverages: Distribute food and drinks according to the flight service protocol, ensuring timely and efficient service.

- Monitoring Cabin Safety: Regularly check the cabin to ensure everything is secure and that passengers follow safety regulations throughout the flight.

- Dealing with Emergencies: Act swiftly and calmly in case of emergencies, using your training to manage the situation effectively.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Communication Skills: You must have excellent verbal communication skills to interact clearly with passengers and crew.

- Customer Service Orientation: A friendly attitude and a genuine desire to help others are essential for providing passengers with an enjoyable experience.

- Teamwork Ability: You should work well as part of a team, collaborating with other crew members to ensure smooth operations.

- Physical Fitness: Capability to perform tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting heavy items is important in this role.
