Interview For Air Hostess || 10th Pass - Freshers

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Air Hostess to join our team in Ranchi, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for passengers during their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Service**: Greet passengers as they board and assist them in finding their seats. Provide excellent service throughout the flight, addressing any needs or requests promptly.

2. **Safety Procedures**: Demonstrate safety equipment and procedures to passengers. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols during boarding, in-flight, and landing.

3. **Food and Beverage Service**: Serve meals and beverages to passengers, ensuring that dietary preferences are met. Maintain cleanliness in the service area and assist with any requests related to food or drinks.

4. **Conflict Resolution**: Manage and resolve passenger complaints and issues calmly and professionally. This may include dealing with challenging situations or addressing passenger concerns effectively.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the flight crew and co-hostesses to ensure smooth operations and a positive travel experience for all passengers.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers and crew. A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential, along with a strong sense of responsibility for passenger safety and comfort. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure is crucial.
