Air Hostess Fresher

We are looking for enthusiastic Air Hostesses to join our team in Guwahati. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers who have completed their 10th grade.

As an Air Hostess, you will play a crucial role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction during flights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Safety: You will be responsible for briefing passengers about safety procedures before takeoff and demonstrating the use of safety equipment.

2. Customer Service: Providing excellent service is vital. You will greet passengers, assist with their needs, and ensure they have a pleasant flying experience.

3. Food and Beverage Service: You will serve meals and beverages while addressing any dietary requests or concerns from passengers.

4. Emergency Management: In case of emergencies, you will need to remain calm and follow protocols to ensure passenger safety and assist them in evacuation if necessary.

5. Team Collaboration: Working closely with fellow staff members and the flight crew is important for smooth operations and safety on board.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor to foster positive passenger interactions. A keen understanding of customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Additionally, you should be adaptable, responsible, and have a commitment to safety.
